Using the highest quality elastic yarns, a wide range of customer-oriented products are created in our production facility at the headquarters in Wüstenselbitz/Helmbrechts in upper Franconia. Due to our fully integrated production (weaving mill, dyeing, finishing and laboratory) and our competent design and development teams, we are able to respond individually to customer requirements and guarantee fast sample implementation and production readiness. For the equestrian and sports sector, V. FRAAS Fabrics develops highly bi-elastic fabrics that guarantee up to 40% stretch in warp and weft. Even after heavy use, our textiles score points with very high rebound forces and high tear and abrasion resistance. At 30°C washing, the residual shrinkage is a maximum of -3.0% and the product guarantees high light and wash fastness. Despite the anti-soiling finish (stain protection), our functional textiles guarantee skin-friendly wearing properties. An Oeko - Tex certificate is being sought on this particular quality.
